By accessing and using Play Master ("the Service"), operated by AMA Horizons ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Play Master is a cloud-based management system designed for PlayStation cyber cafés. The Service includes:

• Console and session management
• Billing and invoicing features
• Client and membership management
• Reporting and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans based on the number of PlayStation consoles you manage. Plans are available on monthly, 6-month, and annual bases.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your chosen billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Payment must be made in Egyptian Pounds (L.E.)

4.3 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are only provided if required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or data
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AMA Horizons and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMA Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMA Horizons from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
