1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our managed digital services ("the Service"), operated by AMA Horizons ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AMA Horizons is an Egypt-based managed digital service provider. The Service is a managed digital service offering digital management, billing, reporting, and operational services for businesses and organizations. The Service includes:

• Management and administrative tools
• Billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
• User and account management
• Reporting, analytics, and operational insights

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Create an account by providing accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Service Packages and Payment

4.1 Service Packages

We offer various service packages based on your business needs. Packages are available for predefined service periods (monthly, 3-month, or annual).

4.2 Payment Terms

• Service packages are one-time purchases per service period
• Service packages do NOT auto-renew
• Users may manually order a new service package from the admin panel upon request
• Payments are collected manually upon client request. There is no automatic renewal, recurring billing, stored cards, wallet, or aggregation. Each payment corresponds to a clearly defined service package and period.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
• Payment must be made in Egyptian Pounds (L.E.)

4.3 Evaluation Period

We may offer a free evaluation period. This period involves no payments or automatic charges. At the end of the evaluation period, you may choose to order a paid service package from the admin panel.

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your service package at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current service period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful code or data
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AMA Horizons and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMA Horizons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMA Horizons from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service or for any other reason we deem necessary.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
