AMA Horizons provides access to its managed digital services on a service package basis. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before ordering a service package.
1. Evaluation Period
We may offer a free evaluation period that allows users to evaluate the Service at no cost. This period involves no payments or automatic charges. Users are encouraged to fully review and test the Service during the evaluation period before making a purchase decision.
2. Service Fees
All service fees are charged in advance and grant access to the Service for the selected service period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, service fees are non-refundable once the Service has been activated.
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Payment processing or technical errors
- Where a refund is required by applicable law
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their service package at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current service period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
