AMA Horizons provides access to its software platform on a subscription basis. Please review this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription.
1. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period that allows users to evaluate the Service at no cost. Users are encouraged to fully review and test the Service during the trial period before making a purchase decision.
2. Subscription Fees
All subscription fees are charged in advance and grant access to the Service for the selected billing period.
3. Refund Eligibility
Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable once the Service has been activated.
Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Payment processing or technical errors
- Where a refund is required by applicable law
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.
